Prospanica KC

Prospanica is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the Hispanic community to reach their full educational, economic, and social potential. The organization was first formed in 1988 as the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), however we outgrew our name, and adapted Prospanica as our new name in 2016. The organization also advocates the pursuit of higher education in all careers and advances Hispanic Leadership!

KC Vision: To foster a stronger and educated Hispanic Community by obtaining higher education and professional development in order to be fully prepared for Leadership Positions in Kansas City.
