The University Relations Coordinator manages and directs all Prospanica University Relations Ambassadors from the local universities in the chapter region. This individual is responsible for facilitating communications between the chapter and the universities. This individual seeks to increase Prospanica's exposure to all constituents at local universities during the school year through that university’s ambassador.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following: other duties may be assigned.)
  • Acts as the primary liaison between all universities in the chapter’s vicinity through the school’s student Hispanic Business Groups and Prospanica University Relations Ambassador Representative
  • Works with school Hispanic Business Groups to increase Prospanica exposure
  • Facilitation of Prospanica marketing through school email systems
  • Posting of flyers
  • Connections to student body through school related meetings
  • New Year business student orientation
  • School Club days
  • Presentations at the school as appropriate
  • Supports the Education Officer in relationships with School Representatives and Alumni
  • Reports to: Chapter Board Executive Vice President and/or President
  • Volunteer Expectation: Approx. 10 hrs./week. More time may be requested according to chapter commitments.
  • Term: Various Positions 1-year term -2 term limit, and annually elected.
