Whistleblower Policy
Prospanica requires directors, volunteers, and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Employees and representatives of the organization must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities.
If you are concerned about questionable or improper matters, you can submit a report through Prospanica's Fraud & Ethics hotline or online, via the EthicsPoint system (Third-party company). The EthicsPoint system allows you to report issues or concerns in an anonymous and confidential manner and at Prospanica we consider this initiative a critical component in providing a safe, secure, and ethical organization for members, employees and business partners, as we strive to be a center of excellence.
By visiting www.ethicspoint.com or calling 866-384-4277 you can file a report, offer a suggestion, or voice a concern in a fast, easy, and confidential manner from any computer or phone number.
