Take a small break from your day to revitalize your senses!

Join us in this webinar to learn practical steps to renew and refresh yourself during a guided introduction to mindfulness and meditation.

In the last months, families, businesses, and teams have had to drastically change the way they live and function. At the same time, mindfulness continues to gain popularity in helping individuals find balance and harmony while working with this new normal. This workshop focuses on practical mindfulness tools that can help us reenergize and refresh throughout the day.
